Returns & Exchange Policy

At New World Outfitters Pro Shop. we strive to provide our valued customers with nothing less than 100% satisfaction. We will be pleased to refund your money (less shipping costs) on items returned within 10 days of the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. Items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging for full refund (less shipping charges).

Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted and credits will not be issued without a Return/Exchange Authorization Number (obtained by first contacting us).

How to Return or Exchange:

If you wish to return merchandise to New World Outfitters Pro Shop then we ask you do the following:

  • Contact us immediately to discuss your return or exchange request and receive your Return/Exchange Authorization Number.
  • Mail the item(s) back to us with a copy of your original receipt/invoice, your Return/Exchange Authorization Number and a complete description as to what is wrong with the item(s) (eg: wrong size, color). Ensure your full name and address is indicated so we know where to send your refund or replacement items. We will not accept COD shipments on returned or exchanged items.

Defective Merchandise:

Defective merchandise policies vary If you receive merchandise that is defective on arrival, contact us immediately and we will assist in applying the manufacturer's policy and resolving the problem.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

Warranty terms and policies also differ for each manufacturer. Any/all manufacturer's warranties will apply to products sold by New World  Outfitters For a specific manufacturer's warranty policy, contact us and we will help in remedying any problem.
